Cultivating Resilience in Challenging Times

In a world of constant demands and rapid change, many of us feel stretched thin—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Building resilience has never been more important, especially for those balancing high expectations at work and home. Resilience isn’t about avoiding stress, but learning how to meet it with strength, clarity, and compassion.

Join us for a four-session interactive course designed to help you cultivate resilience in a holistic and sustainable way. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and the work of experts like Brené Brown, this class will guide you through evidence-based strategies to navigate challenges with greater ease. We’ll explore how resilience supports emotional balance, sharpens focus, and fosters a deeper sense of purpose.

Through a blend of engaging lectures, group discussions, reflective practices, and hands-on skill-building, you’ll learn practical tools to manage stress, recover from setbacks, and nurture your inner strength. A unique focus of this program is the integration of mind, heart, and spirit—offering a well-rounded approach that emphasizes not just surviving but thriving.

Whether you’re looking to reduce burnout, strengthen emotional intelligence, or deepen your sense of connection and well-being, this class offers a supportive space to develop resilience that lasts.

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of 3 of the 4 sessions.
