Creative Transformation

Engaging in creative pursuits can activate a flow state, a form of mindfulness that promotes relaxation and fosters emotional expression. Many studies suggest that engaging in art and creative activities can have physiological effects that reduce stress and promote well-being. As we navigate an increasingly complex world, integrating creative practices into our lives help us to cultivate resilience, foster personal growth, and develop a more nuanced understanding of ourselves and our surroundings.

Join us for an in-person class for a creative space to reflect and explore artistic expression as a journey to wellness. This workshop will use guided meditation and hands-on art to connect with your inner beauty, strength, and emergence of self. Using the simple and tactile technique of decoupage, you will create a unique and inspiring piece of art to take home and enjoy!

This class will not be recorded. Attendance requirement for incentive points – at least 80% of the live session.
