Cooking for Hormonal Wellness During Perimenopause

Are you or a loved one suffering from uncomfortable perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and more? While no eating pattern can stop the natural decline of hormone levels as women age, recent studies show that what you eat can play a favorable role in managing symptoms.

Join us for a virtual cooking class to learn how to shift into a delicious new way of cooking and eating for more balanced hormonal well-being. We will explore several different recipes – from breakfast and snacks to dinner and dessert – to support the hormonal changes that you or a loved one may be experiencing. As we cook together, the instructor will share some of the latest research on the link between food, lifestyle practices, and hormonal well-being. At the end of the session, you will have several delicious dishes to enjoy and simple strategies to support hormonal wellness in your cooking.

Ingredient substitutions, including protein options, will be demonstrated or suggested to accommodate most dietary needs and preferences. The recipes, including ingredients and equipment needed, will be sent out at least one week before the class so you’ll have time to shop for ingredients in advance.

This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
