Contemplative Skills to Cultivate Individual, Relational, and Community Well-being

Join us for a contemplative practices workshop to deepen your resilience and contribute to the health and well-being of yourself and your community. This online class is offered in conjunction with Stanford’s free 2023 Contemplation by Design Summit, which will include over 45 free online lectures and guided experiential sessions in compassionate communication, relationship skills, loving kindness, partner yoga, inclusivity, emotional health, wise action, civic engagement, community building, and more.

This workshop’s two sessions will help you to integrate into your life the knowledge and skills that you will gain by participating in the free Summit. The first workshop session will provide guided practice as well as help you identify which of the 45 Summit opportunities will be most meaningful to you. In the second class, we will reflect on our participation in the Summit sessions and create a personal action plan to carry forward in our lives the newfound contemplative skills and wisdom.

To participate in the Summit sessions that interest you, please register separately on the Stanford Medicine website.

Attendance requirement for incentive points – both sessions. This class will not be recorded.
