Come and play your way to a healthier you this summer. After several years of pandemic stress and working from home, many of us may find ourselves longing for an opportunity to simply connect and be playful. Play can add joy to your life, relieve stress, supercharge learning, and connect you to others and the world around you. Play can also make work more productive and pleasurable.
In this free in person class series, you will have the opportunity to learn skills to connect in a meaningful way with new and existing friends, engage in playful activities which will bring your energy to a new level, and revive your soul through fun and fellowship. Everything you learn and experience in this class can be used with your team, your family, and your friends to liven up gatherings and deepen connections. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be prepared to engage and play!
