Chews Wisely
Do you ever find yourself at the grocery store, mystified by the overwhelming selection of eggs – conventional, cage-free, organic, pasture-raised, fertile, omega-3, brown, white – and feeling lost as you try to consider health, cost, and environmental impact? Even making this simple choice for one item on your grocery list can feel daunting!
These days, even the most informed individuals can find it challenging to sift through what seems like a lot of controversy about eggs, GMO, organic, coffee/tea, protein, dairy, sugar/artificial sweeteners, and more. In this noontime webinar, one of Stanford’s own nutrition experts will be your guide in how to turn controversy into consensus, with an engaging blend of humor and evidence-based science. You will gain an arsenal of science-based tools to help you navigate the grocery aisles with confidence and learn how to “chews wisely!”
This class will be recorded and a one-week link to the recording will be shared with all registered participants. To receive incentive points, attend at least 80% of the live session or listen to the entire recording within one week.
