Back to School Food Planning for Busy Parents
Are you a parent feeling overwhelmed by meal planning? Do you struggle with picky eaters? Is everyone in your family tired of the same old meals? Whether you’re looking for new tips to up your game or just struggling to get by, this course is for you!
Over five virtual sessions, you will gain the tips and support you need to become a more confident food planner, mastering everything from grocery shopping to meal prep in this engaging class. You’ll discover strategies to save time, money, and energy while preparing delicious dishes that will make your kids proud. We’ll help you find recipes, develop grocery lists, and create meal schedules that suit your family’s unique needs and budget.

Instructor: Bryan Lian, MS, RD, CEDRD-S, is the campus dietitian/nutritionist at Stanford University. He is a part of the team promoting student health and well-being and also co-teaches mindful eating as an academic course. He earned his master’s degree in health administration at the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his clinical training at two Harvard teaching hospitals.
