Awaken Your Natural Voice

August 15, 2022

Your voice is integral to your sense of identity and an important part of communication in your personal and professional life. While it may be tempting to take your voice for granted, it is a vital resource that should be protected, much like your hearing or eyesight. Sickness or overuse may cause your voice to become injured, but proper care can often restore the damage and allow you to enjoy a healthy, strong voice over your lifetime.

In this two-session online class, you will learn a series of integrated breath, movement, and vocal exercises that can help you rediscover your natural, free voice. This pleasurable and relaxed process will invite your whole body to release the natural vitality and resonance of your voice, allowing you to discover new depth, range, and expressiveness in your vocal quality.

The valuable, practical techniques you learn in this course can be practiced in just 10 minutes a day to help you continue to improve the health and quality of your voice. Greater vocal control will help you relax and express yourself from a place of more presence, power, confidence, and ease.
