Autumn in the Garden – Preserving for Mocktails

Looking for ways to liven up your non-alcoholic drinks? Excited to craft a signature mocktail with ingredients you made yourself? Join us for this hands-on mocktail workshop where we’ll discuss principles of drink-making and learn how to make some key ingredients – syrups, shrubs, and herb sugars and salts – that will take your drinks to the next level. We’ll finish out the evening by making some fruit shrubs together and sharing a mocktail as the sun sets on the Farm.

This session is part of a fun and informative in-person Autumn in the Garden class series happening this fall. We will meet at the O’Donohue Stanford Educational Farm on Stanford main campus to explore strategies for preserving the bounties of the harvest. Each of the three classes is offered independently, so you can sign up for just the topics that pique your interest and fit into your busy schedule. Join for one or for all!

This is an in-person class.
