January 18, 2025

From January 18 to June 8, YogaX at Stanford Psychiatry will host a fully online 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT200) designed for individuals who want to embark on teaching yoga in healthcare settings.

The YogaX program offered through Stanford Psychiatry represents an innovative fusion of yoga's ancient wisdom and the latest insights from modern psychological research. Led by experienced and credentialed instructors registered with Yoga Alliance, this program guarantees a high standard of education and expertise. The structure of the training, conducted virtually over a span of months, ensures a total of 200 contact hours. These hours are a blend of interactive virtual sessions and personal engagement with experienced lead trainers, fostering a deep and practical learning experience.
