Introducing a new, free well-being program for all staff

Pause a Moment (PAM) is a web-based mental health education platform designed by Stanford Medicine psychologists and health care workers. Designed to help health care workers learn and practice skills to cope with stress, anxiety, sadness, and other emotional impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, PAM can be used by anyone, anywhere, even if you aren’t a health care worker. The PAM platform tailors its tools and recommendations based on individual goals, symptoms and progress. It’s accessible via desktop, tablet or smartphone to allow you to pause wherever and whenever you need it most. To learn more about PAM, see this fact sheet, view our tools and techniques, and watch this brief video
