This is a workshop about cultivating presence: receiving the pockets of peace in our days and moving through challenges more easefully. Mindfulness is cultivated through both stillness and movement. By practicing curious, gentle, and precise attention to the present moment we literally re-wire our brains and support ourselves to live with higher functionality, lower stress, more focused minds, and open hearts. You will leave this hour with practical, accessible, and universal skills to develop mindfulness in your everyday life.
