Understanding Boundaries in the “New Normal”

July 21, 2021 | 12:00pm - 1:00pm

We are finally seeing a lessening of restrictions from the COVID pandemic, but after a long and traumatic year of quarantine, we may be facing our newfound freedom with a mixture of anticipation and anxiety. How can we best manage our mental health needs as we venture back into the “new normal”?

In this free noontime webinar, we will share strategies on how to cope with the stress, anxiety, and grief you may feel coming out of the pandemic. You will learn how to set and communicate healthy boundaries as you reintegrate back into the larger world at work and in social settings. With the right approach, you can help yourself and others safely and comfortably navigate a return to “normal” in a post-pandemic world.

This webinar is only available at the scheduled date and time.
