The Fine Line Between Winning and Losing

November 08, 2019 | 7:30pm - 9:00pm | Bogota Room, Graduate Community Center, 750 Escondido Road, Stanford, CA 94035

Abstract: Life is competitive. Most things are defined in black and white, good or bad, winning or losing. But are things that simple? Life can be a tough game with lessons that will challenge you to rise above and be better. Sometimes you get hurt, sometimes you lose and sometimes you lose in a way that you think the world is ending.

Between the elation of victory and the heart-ache of loss, runs a fine line – your opportunity to redefine winning and losing and to redefine yourself. Life is lived between the lines not outside as a spectator. The question is not whether you are playing the game, but how you are playing and what you are doing in the game.

Join us as we explore the fine line between winning and losing and redefine success.
