But if we take time, step back and process our worry and stress at regular intervals in the right way, it can also become a great stimulus for internal growth, heightened awareness and perspective. Join us for an enlightening workshop on taking conscious control of your life with Vaisesika Dasa, a veteran Yogi, Author and Life Coach.
