Mindful Self-Compassion for Well-Being
Recent research supports the powerful combination of mindfulness and self-compassion on enhancing our emotional well-being. By developing and practicing these skills, we can boost happiness and improve relationships while reducing anxiety, depression and shame.
Join us for this noontime webinar to explore mindfulness tools and practices and learn how to incorporate them into our daily lives. You will be introduced to the basic tenets from Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mind-Body Training and Mindful Self-Compassion in order to design your own mindful self-care vision and goals for 2021. The session will include live exercises to practice in the moment as well as practical skills and tools to incorporate into your daily life.
This webinar is only available at the scheduled date and time.
