How to Flourish – Practical Tools to Start Living Your Best Life

November 02, 2021 | 12:00pm - 1:15pm

Are you eager to end the year with a clearer vision of how you want to live your best life â?? and a roadmap to make it actually happen?

Join this 3-session online course that will introduce you to straight-forward ways to reflect, identify what you want, and implement your goals so you can start living the personal and professional life you want. This interactive and positively uplifting online course will include research-based inquiry, small group break out discussions, and action planning tailored to your individual goals and aspirations.

Based on the work of renown psychologist Richard Boyatzis, we will use vision as a lever for change and reflective coaching activities as a catalyst for action. You will REFLECT on what you really want and what is holding you back, REACH to set your goals, build your toolbox, and source your network, then RISE to implement the actions and commitments to take your goals forward.

By the end of the series, you will have a clearer path to achieving what you want, an expanded circle of connections, and motivation to live a more fulfilling, joyful life. Please come with an openness to immersing yourself in reflection, exploration, and action.
