Health Improvement Program (HIP) Personalized Sessions
The Health Improvement Program (HIP)’s personalized offerings provide one-on-one support across a number of health subjects — including fitness, stress, nutrition and more — to support your health and keep you connected in a way that is meaningful to you.
Our wellness experts will work with you via zoom or phone to explore your individual needs, challenges, and goals. In our 3- or 5-session packages, you’ll receive the guidance you need to develop and implement a realistic plan to inspire action and enhance your wellbeing.
Our personalized offerings are STAP- and EA-funds approved and eligible for BeWell Berry and Engagement incentives. All are welcome to join.
