Free Fitness Week
Your next Free Fitness Week begins on Monday, June 12 and concludes on Friday, June 16.
Bring a friend and try classes such as MixxedFit, F45, Indoor Cycling, Dance Rhythms, Barre Sculpt, Boot Camp, and Yoga Pilates Fusion.
- Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat to all classes on the court.

- Bring your Stanford ID for facility access. All classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interested in Summer classes? Registration for regular Summer classes will start at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13 for classes beginning June 26. REC offers a variety of Fitness classes, and HIP offers both Fitness and Healthy Living classes.
WHEN: Ongoing every weekday (M-F) from June 12, 2017 through June 16, 2017.
WHERE: Arrillaga Outdoor Education & Recreation Center and various other locations
ADMISSION: REC classes are offered to employees and students.
HIP classes are offered to employees.
