A Plant-Based Approach to Eating for Health and Beyond

Research shows that eating a more plant-based diet can have significant health benefits as well as positive environmental impacts. Yet for many people who have grown up eating meat, the idea of more plant-forward eating may feel overwhelming.

If you are curious about a plant-based diet, this noontime webinar is for you. This class will offer an overview of the benefits of a plant-based diet, emphasizing its positive impacts on personal health and environmental sustainability. You will learn practical insights and strategies for incorporating delectable and nourishing plant-based dishes into your culinary repertoire, covering essential topics such as menu planning and recipe inspiration. You will also have the chance to taste some delicious sample dishes! Walk away with the knowledge and practical tips you need to bring more plant-based foods into your diet.
